It’s WORKING. It’s actually working. I can see ██ ███ in it. My beautiful ███ broken, incomplete, but it’s THERE. Do you understand that? Everything else is gone.

I can see them from the window. There are so many in the streets, laying still or bloated and decomposing. They all are. I stepped over three on the way back to my laboratory. I think I knew one of them. I didn't stop to look any closer. AD. 002 is still uploading, still learning before it launches and before it carries us on. It smells sweet outside.

Sometimes I think there's someone outside still moving.
